Have a list of processes you already want replaced with AI?
If you already know which processes need replacing (from a previous audit, your own ops review, an internal tech team's wish list, or a strong opinion about where the time goes), you don't need a full workflow audit. Send us the list. We'll quote each item, agree priorities, and execute against it one workflow at a time. Each one lands as a standalone deliverable in the tools you already use. You stay in control of priorities throughout.
What's included
- A short scoping call per list item (typically 30 minutes each)
- A fixed quote per workflow, so you can pick and choose
- Build, deploy, and quiet babysit, the same as our Implementation service
- Honest pushback if any item on the list is the wrong fit for AI — we'll say so
- Delivery in the order you prioritise, not ours
How it works
-
Step 1
List review
We read the list, ask clarifying questions, and quote each item. You decide what to do first.
-
Step 2
Build, one by one
We build each workflow as a standalone deliverable. You see results in days, not months.
-
Step 3
Add or stop
After each item lands, you decide what's next. No retainer, no auto-renewal. You drive.
Common questions about bring your list.
How many items can I have on my list?
As few as one or as many as you have. We've delivered against single-item lists (one bottleneck, one workflow) and twenty-item backlogs. Both work.
What if one of my list items is the wrong fit for AI?
We'll tell you. About one in five items on a typical list is something AI shouldn't touch — usually because the underlying process needs fixing first, or because the work genuinely needs human judgement. We'd rather pass than build something that doesn't pay back.
Can we mix this with an audit?
Yes. Some clients use the audit to find the unknown unknowns and Bring Your List to execute on the knowns. It's a common pattern.
Do we need to commit to the whole list?
No. Each item is a standalone fixed quote. You can stop after one, three, or ten. There's no retainer.
